This week, right after i wake up in the morning, my head start to hurt. I feel the pain on the back side of my head. i dont know if it is fever because when i feel my head, it is warm only a little.
why might this be happening and how can i stop it because it hurt me badly in the mornings.
I often feel hungover if I sleep too much. I think 8 hours is about the maximum I can get before I start to not only crave more sleep but the headeaches tend to follow as well. How much sleep are you getting? Also I would consider your pillow as well. Maybe your current pillow is too flat and beaten up and it’s time for a new one that’ll provide more support? Diet can also be an issue. Is there something in your diet that isn’t agreeing with you that you need to eliminate or reduce? There’s three possibilities right there to consider and I’m sure many more out there. You can always take a pain reliever or see a doctor if it persists.
It could be from eating sweets and or caffeine in the evening.
Both things can cause dehydration, which can make your head hurt. Try drinking a glass of water before bed. If that doesn’t help check with your doctor
