I’ve been off track since probably Sept. but I didn’t notice anything really until now. I feel like a slob of pudding, lol. I feel like I don’t even want to move…
I’m not big or anything, I am a tween (don’t tell me that I’m too young or whatever, I’m just trying to stay average and I am but I want to keep my stomach relatively flat) and I can kinda feel that I’m getting my “belly” back, lol. I want to fix it and yest. at school I thought maybe I would eat a salad (I only eat the meats, cheese, crackers&ranch, and one boiled egg) but then I saw they had….nachos… and I figured “Aw, I’ll start tomorrow” (it’s an American thing, hehe j/k) and this morning I ate Martha White chocolate chip muffins– AWWWW I suck!!!!! I’m thinking I could possibly just keep it together for the rest of the day. I don’t know what to do though– I hate exercising! I do know, however of some “8 minute abs, buns, arms, and legs workouts” on youtube that are like 45 seconds worth of crunches, then bicycle crunches and stuff like that. I think that if I did each one a day that would be 30mins of aerobic-ish exercises? I am 12 4’9 and I weigh from checking a while ago 90-96lbs? I want to be 82 which is the lowest point of a healthy weight for me? What do I do– what worked for you? Any advice, tips, meal plans, etc.?
I know I’m young and I’ve heard it all from anorexia to unhealthy and no, I will not end up in anorexia, bulemia, or whatever. Thanks for the help!

well im only 13 so i can’t go to a gym, can’t go for jogs and runs in the morning, and apart from some 4 kg weights don’t own any gym equipment. The only sports i do i guess are cycling/walking to school and horseriding once a week.
Do you have any tips to lose fat arounf the stomach/hips/waist area and any exercises. And No i don’t pig out on crisps becuase my parents never buy them and i don’t pig out on other stuff either becuase i get a really healthy lunch for school
I currently weight 7 stone/45kg/98lbs and am 5’2

My stomach is constantly growling and making weird LOUD noises. It happens more often in the morning. I also have a lot of gas and I tend to burp a lot. I take Prilosec for my heartburn but its been doing that before i started taking it so i know that its not the reason. I don’t do any of this on purpose but it hurts when I try to hold it in. I was reading many posts and I tried everyone’s idea… I ate breakfast, it made it even worse. I bought Gas X, took 3 pills even though they suggest taking only two, and it STILL didn’t help. I used the bathroom (#2) and it STILL didn’t help… I drank water, I tried holding my breath because earlier I read that air is what causes this, and nothing seems to help. What can I do? Because it’s getting to the point where I’m becoming very embarrassed to even go to my classes and sit in the quiet room. I know most of you guys say it’s all normal digestion but it’s not normal digestion when it happens ALL day and people look at you like a freak when your stomachs louder than the teacher. I’m away for college and I can’t exactly go to my doctor yet alone afford one. I’m not sure if any of this will also help but I’m a 21 year old MALE. I exercise frequently and I eat healthy cafeteria food. Oh and I kind of feel pressure near my oblique’s (near the side of the stomach), when I KNOW my stomachs’ about to make a noise. please give me suggestions or tips..
OH and i remember one time i was having an XRAY done last year, and i asked the lady what the huge white spots were near my ribs and she said it was “a fat in the making”. so its been going on for a while now…
PLEASE DONT TELL ME TO EAT BREKFEAST AFTER I JUST TOLD YOU I TRIED IT AND IT DIDNT HELP.

I’m fourteen years old.
I’m a dancer, I dance every morning at practice for a little over an hour. Usually, we workout our legs a lot during practice, and sometimes we do abs.
I weighed 113 all last year and most of this year until about a month and a half ago, now I’m 120. It’s not really the numbers that bother me, it’s more of the look that I have. I have firm strong abs, but they are hidden by the little “pouch” sort of thing I have.
I really just want a flat stomach, like most of the girls on my team have.
My diet isn’t very good. I usually have a poptart for breakfast, then won’t eat lunch, then have various foods after school… Like macaroni and cheese, a chewy bar, or maybe another poptart. For dinner, we have things like spaghetti and usually some pastas. When my mom makes food I don’t like, I have a bowl of cereal.
Long story short, I exercise everyday, don’t eat too well, and I’m skinny, but I want to get rid of my “pouch.”
Any workouts or diet tips?

I have finally had it with my stomach! I was playing Rock Band 2 the other day and it got really hot while I was drumming so I decided to take my shirt off. I then thought, this is kinda nasty. So the next day I went out and ran a mile. I got back and both my legs were throbbing and I could barely walk the next day. I then decided to rest a day to see if the pain would stop but it didn’t so I decided to bike for a little while (about 7 miles) and I cant tell if it is gonna help any at all. I wanna make an exercise schedule but I cant do that because of my odd hours at work (usually getting off at midnight so I sleep all morning) and I work at Sonic (a fast food place) so it’s hard not to eat unhealthy. So if you read all through this then could you please give me some tips on what I can do??
Oh and I don’t have any exercise equipment, nor can I afford any. Will running and cycling alternatively everyday help?
And I’m willing to change my eating habits but not a total diet.

My measurements are 38.5 inches (chest), 30 inches (waist) and 36 inches (hips).
I am about 5’4 and weigh 121.5 lbs at my lowest in the morning.
I want to weigh between 110 – 115 lbs for halloween to confidently wear my sort of sexy outfit. I have nearly a month to fit into this costume and would be extremely pleased with 115 lbs so that is my goal. To date I have lost 30 pounds already by doing tons of cardio, and sometimes incorporating crunches and arm exercises (I carry weight on my stomach, back area and the back of my upper arms). My stomach is close to being flat but I’ve got fat on the very bottom part and my back needs some definite toning aswell. The entire middle is my worst enemy when it comes to becoming thin.
If I continue my cardio which lasts in total for an hour and a half and add crunches – 5 minutes a day – into the mix will I be able to have a flat stomach by the end of the month? Any tips or advice, even opinions appreciated.
P.s. I am a sensible woman and I know what is too skinny, no need to waste time leaving messages about being concerned about me. I am only striving for a flat stomach not an anorexic ribcage.
Also considering my goal weight and my above listed measurements what do you think my goal measurements might be?
Annnnddd… I also already eat well. Diet isn’t my concern it’s exercise. Still any tips may help since I may have looked past something.

I’m 16 135lbs and 5’4 male…im not that fat but my stomach is sometimes in like it looks toned flat but then it comes really put like im fat why is that?bloated?how do i get rid of that….how do i tone my stomach so even when im not flexing it looks toned?i tried doing ab exercise but nothing worked so i went on the treadmill for 3 weeks and never lost a single pound..what do i do to tone my stomach???Am i fat cuz i heard that fat covers so u cant be toned or something but i dont think im that fat because when i flex in the morning especially somedays it looks toned flat…few questions what do i do to keep it like that all the time….if i get a swimming instructor like 3 times a week for and hour or so will i get toned how long..how come when i go on the treadmill for weeks 35 minutes 450 calories and 3 milwa evryday it didnt work and btw my diet is very good i watch what i eat and count calories so thats not a problem i used to be really fat…help please???please respond asap

I am not fat, its just that i want a flatter stomach to comfortably wear a bikini and the kind of shirts that really cling to you. I don’t really have that much access to anything like a gym, but can anyone share some tips with me? My brother has a Wii Fitness that I can use everyday, so this morning i did 30 minutes. Do you think this will help if I do this regularly? And anyone with some good meal plans and exercise tips would really help alot! Just any advice would be really helpful though!

So I am going to the gym regularly. I exercise like this:
I run 1.5 miles in the morning (8am). Then at 12pm I run 1 mile. So that is a total of 2.5 miles a day. Then at 12pm while at the gym I do:
Pec Fly
Vertical Press
Incline Press
Preacher’s Curl
Tricep Extension
and Pull down…
After that I do a total of 60 crunches…and 24 leg raise-ups.
Do you think that I am focusing too much on my arms?
Do you suggest that in order to firm my stomach I need more than running?
Since the beginning of June, I have lost a total of 11 lbs.
I need to make my stomach firm…
Do you suggest I do more ab workouts? If so, which ones?
Am I doing this all wrong?
If you have some exercise tips you would like to share for making my stomach firm please do so…

I’m not fat (underweight a little) it’s just that my stomach bulges out after I eat. It is almost flat in the morning, but as soon as I eat breakfast (doesn’t matter HOW small, (ex : it could be 1/2 a banana) but it will poke out all the way til I’m either A) starving or B) the next morning. It’s SO annoying because it’s not like I’m happy to see my stomach flat for say, 5 minutes while I’m getting dressed in the morning then eat breakfast and go through the same old routine of feeling fat all day.
Does this happen to anyone else? What are some tips? I’m just a kid so diet pills or hard core exercise equipment isn’t optional.
Maybe you could tell me a special kind of crunch / sit up to do and what I should and SHOULD NOT be eating.

(if you need any more info just lemme know. My stomach right now is like 27 inches on the bottom (around my navel) and 24 above it. However, when it’s flat it’s like 25 on bottom and 23 below. >_<
P.S – does that sound big to you? I’m 13, 5″3 and 86 -90 pounds. [Last time I looked i was 86 but I think I gained weight since then. DAMN MY SWEET TOOTH!]
