I’m going on a week long cruise in Spring Break, one of the last weeks of March.
I’ll be in a bikini for most of the day probably and would like to feel comfortable in it.
I figured just 10 pounds would help to slim me down, flatten and tighten, you know?
I’m 16, 120pds, and 5’5. I have moderately hard swim practice for an average of 1 hr every week day after school. I’ve recently started a jogging/running program for 30 min on the treadmill everyday. As a New Year’s resolution I’m cutting out pop and junk foods of my diet. Because I am an athlete, I can’t just eat rabbit food all day and expect to have any energy for practice. I needs carbs and calories to burn, but from now on I plan on eating the healthier side of those.
Please give me some ideas on how to lose those ten pounds by late March.
I don’t really have a lot of time to do extra exercises, I figured that run on the treadmill would be enough added onto my swim practices. I’m exhausted at the end of the day, home by 6 or 7pm and go straight to the dinner table then homework then crash to sleep. I’ll start running in the mornings before school. My only off day are Sundays and those are usually spent taking it easy.
Anything is appreciated. But keep in mind I can’t go to stores and stock up on diet foods or do 300 crunches a day. I just need some free, do at home, slim-down tips.
Thank you!
Can’t join any groups like weight watchers or whatever. I’m 16 people, not fat. I just am looking for ways to slim my midsection.

I always loved running, but I stopped exercising and I got *uhm* lazy.
So how do you start again?
I recently saw a girl run like I mean MILES! non stop. I was just watching her (I was walking) and she had to pass me like…. 80 + times (while I completed a mile)
So how do you get to some thing like that? I don’t plan on being a Full fledge competition runner I’d like to do marathons, but I’m more into just being able to run a mile +
I cant run from the back of the house to the door with out bending over and gasping for air (exaggerating obviously) But you get what I mean.
Any tips?
Btw, I’m almost 15, 5’10 in the morning 5’9 and a little in the evening, 175 (losing weight still)
Any help please ??

Okay so i’m 16 and weigh 53, i want to tone up and lose about 3 kilos. i’ve been trying to lose weight for ages, eating healthy but not really exercising, and i’ve found that not exercising isn’t really helping, so I made up a workout plan to do every morning and something to do at night, im not sure if its what I need though? Like, will it work best?
So here it is, I stretch for about 5 minutes then..
• A minute of bouncing on fitness ball, it makes my leg muscles feel sore so it feels like im working out.
• Then I do 30 push ups (girl ones)
• Then I use the fitness ball and put it in between my legs and lay down, I lift it up towards my stomach and back down (1 minute)
• Then I do pushups on a chair, like backwards? If that makes any sense, but yeah its basically ive got my hands back leaning on a chair and then pushing up and down (ive heard its pretty good for toning so ive kept it)
• After that I do, side leg ups? I lay down on the floor to the side and move my leg up and down for 30 seconds each leg.
• And then after that I do the one how you lay down flat and then hold yourself with shoulders and feet, like balance. I sweat heaps and my body starts to shake, also ive heard its good for toning so I do it.
• I do 1 minute both hands, and then 30 seconds left, and 30 seconds right.
I repeat this process twice. Then continue with my daily routines.
Then around 8 at night, I go for a walk, more like a stroll, for about 2 minutes, and then when I come home, I repeat the morning workout again.
And that’s that!
Let me know of any tips or recommendations or anything useful!
Thanks!

In “Through the Fire and Flames” (Expert) I’m finally getting past the keytar intro more than half of the time. I can nail the bit right after that and maintain it while collecting some star power along the way, I usually screw up somewhere after the 40% mark, but it’s never the same; I always screw up in a different way. My farthest thus far is 69%.
I could probably use more practice with the parts leading up to the solos and the solos themselves, but can anyone reccommend some good warmups/excercises to keep my hands in good condition? I hadn’t played in weeks, then after playing “Impulse” I went right into TtFaF. I could handle it, but my hands quickly locked up on me, so I quit for the night. I’ll get a good night’s sleep and try again in the morning, but again, any tips you may have, please, share. Thanks.
Oh, and keep it clean. Gaming and sexual innuendo go hand in hand, but there are children about.

Okay, I’m 15 years old and weigh 143. I am 5’5″. I can run around alot and not get tired and I’m only a little bit overweight. So it’s not like I’m in dire need of doing this, however, I use to be able to do alot of pullups and pushups but now I can do only like 3 pullups and like 50 pushups before I get tired. That’s not that bad, but it could be better. Over this summer I plan on losing 10-15 pounds.
I have a food plan already, but for exercise I need to know if this is good.
Monday – Run 1/2 mile in morning. Ride bike for 30 minutes, and play basketball with somebody. Run full mile around 7:30pm.
Tuesday- Same but lift a few weights and only run 1/2 mile at night.
Wednesday- Same as Monday
Thursday- Same as Tuesday
Friday- Same as Monday
Saturday – Same as Tuesday
Sunday – Day off.
Would this work? I know I can do it, I have the motivation and I don’t get tired quickly when running. Any other advice is appreciated and any tips to speed up my metabolism would be great!TY!

I am taking this acai berry juice stuff every morning.
& I take a colon cleanse.
Those are just to help me cleanse my body & boost my metabolism.
Also, I will be walking/jogging daily & exercising at home.
& I will start eating healthier.
But, I have a huge issue with STICKING to my diet.
I always cheat on my diet.
& then I make up excuses like “well, I’ll jog TOMORROW.”
or “I’m only going to eat this one slice of cake today. then tomorrow I’ll stick to my diet.”
But when tomorrow comes, I make up another excuse!
So, how can I stay motivated & not cheat on my diet?
I don’t need to lose a HECK of a lot of weight.
But, I do need to get into better shape & get toned.
I’d like to come back next school year with a better self esteem level for my body.
So, give me any tips, advice, exercises you do at home, etc.
Thanks in advance!
If I really stick to the diet, & really do a good job, how much weight do you think I could lose?
Summer break is about 2 & 1/2 months.

hi im a 15 year old female and i was just wondering if someone could give me some tips on how to lose some weight fast before school starts. so in like a couple of weeks (or 3) im not overweight, just chubby. im average height. my only form of exercise that i will do is the crosstrainer and basic exercises just at home (like starjumps and curl ups etc.) i dont have much healthy food to work with, and i dont mind not eating much because i dont have as big a appetite as i used too. heres what i would think i should do in a dday (for FAST results) please tell me if im at fault:
one day–
breakfast: oats
lunch: 2 pieces of fruit
dinner: fish and salad
no snacks
8 glasses water
exercise: an hour on the cross trainer in the morning, little exercises at night
ps. i understand that i cant do this forever; i need a more balanced diet and stuff, but if i can just lose some weight fast for the mean time i know i will be able to keep it off
any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

i just bought a 10 week old golden retriever puppy 3 days ago. he gets a cup and a half of food and water twice a day. i walk him right after he eats somebody is there to walk him in the morning( i work at 2 am), i feed him when i get home, then i walk him immediately afterwords. i let him take a nap in his crate around 11 or 12-ish for a few hours. then i take him for another walk. he gets feed the last time around 6 or 7-ish, followed by another walk. so im probably walking him 4 times a day. when no one is home, he is in his crate. i don’t encourage him to bite, but when he bite, i let him bite. he doesn’t get any tablescraps and i just taught him how to walk up the stairs( although he cant climb done just yet!)….i try to go outside each day and play with him. so that he and i get exercise( for his sake, not mine). his crate is just big enough for him, so he cant poop or pee in it. he doesn’t respond to his name or some commands yet, but that is to be expected for a ten week old right? at what point should i be concerned if he still doesn’t listen?
btw…. i named him sarge lol!
