how can i lose 20 pounds in a month?


hello everyone and thank you for stoping by to read my question.i would like to know how can i lose about 20 pounds in 1 month.of course by adding some exercises.do u have any good tips that i might need and recipes that would help me out.im tired of drinking pills that don’t work please can anyone serioustly help.also im always feeling blowded and i sometimes it takes me almost about 4 days withough going poop so probably this is why im not losing alot of weight,have any tips of what i coud drink to help me go to the restroom more often.i have try activa yogurt and prum juice,virgin olive oil in the mornings,or fiber foods.n none happend to work

How To Lose 20-30 Pounds By Thanksgiving?


hey y’all. i’m 16 years old, 5’2” and 139 pounds. according to my bmi, this is overweight. i’d like to get down to a healthy weight of around 110-115 by Thanksgiving when we have our huge family reunion. But i had some questions about how to go about losing this weight.

*i know you’re supposed to drink a ton of water, but each website i look at gives me a different amount, and i know that drinking TOO MUCH water can like shut off your liver or something like that. so how much water should i be drinking each day?

*i’m thinking about going on the South Beach Diet, but i’m a vegan. can i still do it with drinking unsweetened soy milk instead of normal milk and having like soy cheese and veggie burgers and stuff?

*since i’m a vegan, i know that i’m not getting enough vitamins from foods. so right now i’m taking a multivitamin, a b12 supplement, and a calcium + vitamin D supplement every morning. is this all i need? or are there other vitamins that i should be taking?

*as far as working out goes, i have like basically NO TIME during the week. i have like 30 minutes a day during the week, but then as much time as needed on the weekends. what are some good, fast workouts that are still effective?

*what are some good exercises to tone my butt/thighs/abs?

*any other weight loss tips? like, are there any supplements or something that i should consider? please nothing too expensive and something that can be bought at like cvs or walgreens.

oh, and i have a wii fit. i’m thinking about using it to do like 15-20 minutes of yoga before bed. and maybe doing some of the balance games for another 10 minutes. will that help with weight loss or will it not make a difference?

I need help shedding a few pounds before summer? Please Read!?


I’m 12 years old and like a little off the skinny border i’m not considered “fat” i’m just a little off the skinny as i would think of it, and i want to lose like 2-5 pounds for summer which my last day of school is on the 10th so like loose some before then and in the first few weeks of summer. I’m in middle school now and since there is way more guys i know that think i am skinny i don’t wanna be embarrassed! So can you help me find some exercising i could do after school and in the morning of summer (i was thinking jogging around my neighborhood) stuff like that. Also i’m a big sweets person and i need a healthier diet so could you help me with that, you know like stuff that tastes really good to me but not nasty (i need snack tips too, because when i come home from school i’m always hungry so i need some healthy snacks to eat.) Also maybe some breakfast help too so that helps me loose weight because i usually eat poptarts which is LOADED with sugar so cheerios maybe because i have those at my house.

For how long and how often do I have to run outside if I want to lose 15 pounds by April or May?


Okay, so I gained 10 pounds since summer of last year since we moved and didnt have any forms of exercise, and live far from YMCA. I’m 16, male, 5’7″ and 160 pounds right now. I’m planning to start running around my subdivision starting tomorrow every morning before school. How often and for how long do I have to run to achieve that goal (lose 15 pounds) by april or may? Im already working on my diet, I’m not going to eat less, just eat less junk and replace it with fruits cause I know that I’m still growing. So if I start tomorrow, I have approx 2 months. Also tips about running will be much appreciated since I’m new to it. Thanks

How Can i Lose About 30 Pounds?


okay so right now i’m 16 (i’ll be 17 in february), 5’2” and 145 pounds. according to my doctor, i should weigh about 115 just because i’m at risk for a whole bunch of heart problems and diabetes and stuff thanks to heredity. i’d like to get down to this weight as soon as possible, but i don’t know where to start.

i’m thinking about starting off with the “hollywood diet”, which is basically a juice detox diet where you drink a mixture or orange juice, lemon juice, grape juice, a banana, an apple and honey and you also drink lots and lots of water. the detox only lasts 2 days, so i won’t be like starving myself for weeks. i’ll also be taking a multivitamin every morning just to be sure that i’m getting all the nutrients i need. is this a good way to start a diet? how much weight do you think i’ll lose? (the website claims you’ll lose up to 10 pounds in 2 days, but i dont really think that’s true)

after i do the detox (if i do it), what are some tips for eating healthy. i know to like stay away from junk food and not drink soda and stuff, but like, what should i eat? i’m a vegan, so i’ll have to get all my protein from soy products and stuff…so just, what are some of the things i should be eating and what should i stay away from? should i try a low-carb diet like South Beach or no?

as for exercising, i have a treadmill, elliptical, stair climber, bowflex and free weights. what types of exercise should i be doing and for how long? what kind of exercise will burn the most fat? also, what are some good toning exercises for my triceps, abs, thighs and butt?

Finding energy and motivation to lose 8 pounds…?


Ok so I’ve not been at college for the past 3 weeks, and for most of that time I’ve been at home, but I seem to have fallen deeper into my binge eating habit now, and in the past 3 weeks I’ve gone from 147 pounds to 155 pounds. 8 pound gain. Not good. My stomach looks flabby again and I need to start using the treadmill and doing sit ups again like 5 days a week.

The problem is I lack motivation so much. These past 3 weeks I’ve exercised maybe 2/3 days a week but the days I don’t exercise I would binge like crazy. I should have exercised more often and kept myself busy in the days because I binge due to boredom/loneliness.

Any tips on getting and staying motivated? I go back to college tommorow and I have a long day (7am to 5.30pm), so using the treadmill in the morning is a no go as we live in flats and it would mean I would be on it like 6.30am so I can’t do that. It will have to be 5.30pm when I get back, but the problem is I know I’m gonna feel so tired and lacking energy after the day so any tips on how to stay motivated?

Can I really lose 43 Pounds in 8 Weeks?


Hi Guys,

I can see Weight Loss Questions planted across this entire website – but none actually answer my question. I’m looking for reassurance that both the diet and exercise that I’m doing will work.

My Diet consists of:

Morning:
Scrambled Egg White, Oat Meal, Chicken and Ham

Snack:
Grapes

Lunch:
Sweetcorn and Meat Salad

Snack: Banana

Dinner: Tonnes of Vegetables with Meat

My Daily Activities, Calorie Deficit, and High Intensive Exercise equals a total of (2000+1500+1000) 4500 Calories burned.

I think I do lose weight quite fast. At the beginning of the week I weighed in at 17 stone 3 Pounds, and at the end I now weight 16 Stone 9 Pounds, but I’m not too sure if that’s a fluke – I’m 18 and 6ft 3.

Does that sound realistic? My goal is to drop down to 190 pounds in 10 weeks – having 1 week just gone. Any helpful tips would be great.

is there anyway i can loose 10 pounds in 4 weeks?


i weight around 149 pounds at the moment and want to loose around 10 pound i am 14 so i cant go to the gym and i haven’t got alot of money what foods should i avoid and what should i eat more of or should i take tablets also what exercise is good to do ill do it in the morning before i go to school and after if that would work? just need some tips and i dont want to go on a crazy diet that will slow my metabolism im a size 12/14 at the moment and i would love to be a size 10 and i will stick to it if it has work with you or someone you know :) thankyou x

How can I lose a few pounds AND keep it off?


Okay, i am not fat but I feel sort of flabby. I want to be a bit more toned and want flatter abs and and smaller thighs. Basically, I want to drop maybe 10 pounds altoghether and look healthier/thinner. I cant get myself to wake up earlier in the morning to jog or walk my dog, or whatever, so tips on that would really help. Plus, I need a diet plan or whatever because I dont know what to eat. Should I be eating fiber or something? And how long each day should I exercise for. I’m in no hurry, so if it takes a month or so to start seeing results, thats fine. I just need to figure out a way to start being helthier and slimmer. Thanks!

i LOVE to go for walks
i always eat eggs with yolks in the mornings

questions-
i like that mcdonalds sweet tea but how many calorires does it have in it
is it possiable to meet my goal
