please answer.!!!exercising….?!?


would it be better for me to go jogging a few mins. after i eat dinner or early n the morning…?i only want to loose about 10 pounds. o yeah and i want to learn how to be flexible and do back bends any tips.???

I need jogging advice please…?


I never really run and decided to start doing it,because i dont want to end up a fat hairy slob in twenty years from now,like many other.
I went out in the morning,i ran about 1 km,maybe a little bit more. But it was really difficult,i had to stop 3 times,because i could harldy breathe and fellt like vomiting.
Im 21,a bit tall,not too sporty,but i do workout with pushups and ab exercises allmost every day. Seems like im really not resistant to jogging,its quite an effort for me.
Could you please help me out with some tips or advice?

Working out twice a day. good or bad? PLEASE HELP?


Im a very active 15 year old n im trying to put on as much weight as possible… but i also want to continue getting stronger. Next week im gonna start going to a summer fitness program at my high school. Starting at 8:30 we do running exercises on the track and bleachers for an hour.. then we lift weights for another hour (we alternate upper body and lower body lifts everyday). I want to do more by doing upper body or lower body workouts (depending on wat i worked on in the morning) every afteernoon at 6pm for an hour. The program at school is just mondays- thursdays, other then doing my workouts in the afternoons mon.- thurs., i want to also workout out on sat. and sun. I know i have to rest but i dont know if resting on fridays is enough. Is this healthy? Will it benifit me or hinder muscle gain?… And also any tips for weight gaining with a fast metabolism? (Im currently taking mass xxx). Please get back at me. Thanks.

i have a huge dillema. please God help me.?


so like 2 months ago i bought a size 6 dress..well i have a large chest, and the size 6 dress hold me all in. the dress cost $500.00 in two weeks the party will be here and the dress is tight, like i cannot sit down tight or it will break, im thinking about going on a crash diet and exercising my brains out…do you think i will lose at least 5 pounds? and im also taking the alli pills…im just gunna eat like a apple in the morning and that’s it…im so stressed out right now about this dress..i cannot return it for the next size up…please tell me any tips you think would help….im so stressed right now.
the dress is fine on top, its my tummy where i need to lose weight, but i totaly forgot about the spanx, im going to see if it will fit better with it.

severe acne help please.?


okay i seriously REALLY need help with my acne. It has literally gotten out of control. when i wear makeup it still looks really bad and i have maximum coverage foundation! i wont let ANYONE look at my face without makeup its gotten so bad. I literally have acne all over my chin, everywhere on both of my cheeks, on my temples, and all over my forehead. and what makes it worse is that my acne leaves hyperpigmention marks. ( which means that it leaves a red mark on my skin after the zit has gone away.) i seriously cant stand my face anymore, i wont even look at the mirror at myself anymore. in the mornings i put my foundation on right after my shower when the steam is still on the mirror so i dont have to see my face. i have tryed literally everything for my face. from face washes, topical medication, oral medication, and natural things such as apple cider vinegar. i dont know what to do anymore and i feel disgusting and ugly. and its not from my genetics either since my mum and dad never had acne in their life so they say. i exercise, wash my face 2 times a day, use a facial mask once a week, eat pretty healthy, drink lots of water and it still hasnt gone away or improved. please help?? im extremely desperate. =( i need some tips please.
and dont say go to a dermatologist my parents wont pay for my medication they give me and i cant afford the medication they give. =(

Please help, how do i gain weight?


I’m an 18 year old guy, i am 6,2ft tall and i weight around 160 pounds. I have recently started exercising and i need to gain weight to grow muscle, correct? How can i gain weight? I eat quite a lot in the evenings and i rarely eat in the morning (when i smell food in the morning i actually feel kind of sick and i really can’t eat a lot of very fatty food or else i feel like i could throw-up … i used to like food in the morning and fatty foods but later i started eating a lot of stuff like rice and vegetables… just started liking vegetables i suppose :D ) … any tips? how can i change my eating habbits and what should i change? what should i eat?

16 and trying to lose some weight.someone plz take a look at my workout plan to see if its suitable, please!!!?


Okay so i’m 16 and weigh 53, i want to tone up and lose about 3 kilos. i’ve been trying to lose weight for ages, eating healthy but not really exercising, and i’ve found that not exercising isn’t really helping, so I made up a workout plan to do every morning and something to do at night, im not sure if its what I need though? Like, will it work best?
So here it is, I stretch for about 5 minutes then..
• A minute of bouncing on fitness ball, it makes my leg muscles feel sore so it feels like im working out.
• Then I do 30 push ups (girl ones)
• Then I use the fitness ball and put it in between my legs and lay down, I lift it up towards my stomach and back down (1 minute)
• Then I do pushups on a chair, like backwards? If that makes any sense, but yeah its basically ive got my hands back leaning on a chair and then pushing up and down (ive heard its pretty good for toning so ive kept it)
• After that I do, side leg ups? I lay down on the floor to the side and move my leg up and down for 30 seconds each leg.
• And then after that I do the one how you lay down flat and then hold yourself with shoulders and feet, like balance. I sweat heaps and my body starts to shake, also ive heard its good for toning so I do it.
• I do 1 minute both hands, and then 30 seconds left, and 30 seconds right.

I repeat this process twice. Then continue with my daily routines.

Then around 8 at night, I go for a walk, more like a stroll, for about 2 minutes, and then when I come home, I repeat the morning workout again.
And that’s that!
Let me know of any tips or recommendations or anything useful!

I need help shedding a few pounds before summer? Please Read!?


I’m 12 years old and like a little off the skinny border i’m not considered “fat” i’m just a little off the skinny as i would think of it, and i want to lose like 2-5 pounds for summer which my last day of school is on the 10th so like loose some before then and in the first few weeks of summer. I’m in middle school now and since there is way more guys i know that think i am skinny i don’t wanna be embarrassed! So can you help me find some exercising i could do after school and in the morning of summer (i was thinking jogging around my neighborhood) stuff like that. Also i’m a big sweets person and i need a healthier diet so could you help me with that, you know like stuff that tastes really good to me but not nasty (i need snack tips too, because when i come home from school i’m always hungry so i need some healthy snacks to eat.) Also maybe some breakfast help too so that helps me loose weight because i usually eat poptarts which is LOADED with sugar so cheerios maybe because i have those at my house.

help me out please, meal plan ? !?


i need help.okay so i want to formulate my abs by june. not exactly 6 packs cuz i dont really like 6 packs on girls. not my sort of thing. altho on some people it looks nice. anyways. i want tips on what to do. i know like exercise but what kind of stuff. also i want like a meal plan. what can i eat on the mornings that its not cereal? cuz im really tired of it. oh and can i drink vitamin water? is it healthy? cuz im not a big fan of water =/. oh and i’m 5’6 like 130 pounds and im 13. if u guys need a picture to tell me what kind of things i can do, i`ll put it. i want to loose weight, please help!?


i’m 14 and right now i’m about 132 lbs. [i used to be over 140] i’m 5’5” and about a size 5 [in most jean brands] and my goal size has been a 1/3 for a while, and i want to be that size by mid/end of summer 2009.
so far i lost a few pounds by not eating much after 6 pm, drinking alot of water, trying to eat healthier,less & every 2-3 hours.
during the school year i have seriously NO WAY to exercise, except on sundays [i stay the weekend at my grandmas & she has a tredmill, but i have a thing where i can ONLY exercise when im home alone for a long period of time, which is sunday mornings]
so what should i do? i know exercising is a huge part of losing weight!

i need GOOD tips & advice on how to lose weight & get a flat stomach! what should i eat & not eat, & anything else to help me lose some lbs [without exercising regularly]

my mom went from in the 140′s to 115 in 4 months, i know it sounds unhealthy, but she just cut out carbs & sugar and said she eats fat & protein..plus she only eats a little bit.
please dont tell me ‘your weight is fine, dont lose weight’ because 1. thats not stopping me. 2. i will be ALOT more confident and happy if i lose weight 3. i will look alot BETTER if i did.
