Weight loss help please.?


I need weight loss help.

I’ve never been skinny but I used to weigh about 70kg (I am five foot seven) and in about the last year I have put on heaps. I realised this and tried to diet but I just stepped on the scale and I am like close to 90kg. I have never weighed that much and its freaking me out. I’m 19 and I don’t want to be me.

I don’t eat all that badly. I’m vegan, so I don’t eat pastries or burgers. I used to eat heaps of pasta, like everyday, and I haven’t had any for four days, and I have started eating breakfast every morning and walking once a day. I don’t really eat chocolate, maybe a 45g bar of dark chocolate once a week, if that. I do drink soft drink which I have been trying to cut back on. I try to exercise but I don’t, its hard to explain and I am lazy and whatever, but I try.

I just don’t know what to do. I mean I know the theory of weightloss but counting calorie does not work for me. I’ve tried to lose weight before and I just feel it never works. I’m really scared, I just didn’t think I had changed so much, and now some of my clothes don’t fit me. Does anyone have any tips, I mean I have heard them most before but something really good. I’m just so lost.

I’m 13 years old, 5″4, weigh 11 stone/154 pounds and i’m cup size 34B.
I fell embarrest when I go out and when I do P.E.

I want to loss weight in my stomach, hips, thighs, arms- O.K all over. I would like to loss 1 stone in the next week and hopefully be down to about 9 stone by the middle/end of the next month. I REALLY want to drop down a cup size.

I don’t want to take pills, and i simply CAN’T go to a gym and also It is always raining outside so i can’t go running- i also can’t go running because of my breasts!. I walk to school every morning, and that is a 20 minuit walk. I don’t own any weights in my home. I like alot of fruits but HATE almost all veg.

Does anyone have some diet tips or a diet plan that is free or a diet plan that they made up and they know works please. And tips to make my breasts smaller in the process of all this.

Also please keep in mind that I am only 13.

I really just need a really good diet plan and exercise plan that works!

I also don’t want my family to know.

It’s like impossible mission!!!

Would This help with Weight loss?


Ok,im currently on the path to losing weight,eatiing healty,exerciseing,etc. But im wondering one thing i have herad before.Well,i still go to school and i want to know instead of eating breakfest in the morning will drinking water help lose weight?.If so how much water would be good,and if anyone has any good weight loss tips(naturall) no pills,etc,Sorry to Dub, Q,but also how could i exercise around the house and lose weight,like pushups?if so of stuff like that how many?

Trying to burn fat. Consuming 1500 cals per day, but only burning 600-700..Pls help/advise on fat loss!?


I’m 5’5 and 120lbs. I know: it’s not overweight at all BUT I have a good amount of fat I would like to lose WITHOUT gaining muscle. I also understand it’s hard to lose fat from targeted areas, but I’m trying and would like some tips and advice how to (with NO fads or anything please)

I do a brisk walk 10 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening, plus I do 2 sessions of 10 minute pilates/leg and butt exercises every day. I am eating really healthy (no junk food and around 5-10g saturated fat a day) and consuming 1400-1800 cals a day.
Please, help me with this. I know I’ve already posted a few q’s on this topic but I’m not getting any really good answers! They’re all ones like “eat no fatty food, drink lots of water, etc” or “exercise heaps” but I need some good quality, professional answers please. I would like to get in shape by November without doing crash diets or fads/pills.

A few questions about weight loss and motivation, please help, I really need to do this!?


Ok, my plan is as follows…

DIET – I intend to follow the slimming world diet on all green days as I’m a veggie.
EXERCISE – 30 mins yoga each morning and 20 mins on an exercise bike with the arm workout bit (not sure what its called) so it’s a full body workout – and I’m going to up it 2 mins every week.

I currently weigh 230lbs (I’m looking to get to 185 which for my build and height is the higher end of normal, but it’s my first goal!!) and I’ve always been told fatter people lose weight quicker – and it’s unlikely to be water weight as I drink 2 – 2.5 litres a day already!!

Can anyone help with some great motivation tips? (I always end up giving up on myself!)
And can anyone estimate my weight loss? (such as how much I can lose per week, whether it’ll be quicker to start as I’m fat, how much I should aim to have lost by 31st December – end of the year sounds like a plan lol!)

Healthy dieting and weight loss help?


Okay so I am about 5’4, I’m a young teen, and weigh about 120 lbs. I’m really looking for good tips on eating and any exercise that may help. I exercise twice a week and I’m about to start running an additional one maybe two times a week. My problem is that the weight won’t come off. Some may argue that I’m at a healthy weight because of my height but so far I have “love handles”, a large stomach, and thin legs. I also have a size 11 shoe in women’s, so I know I’m still growing.

If it helps I usually eat frosted flakes in the morning with 2% milk, a small lunch, and I eat too much at home.

Any and all tips are well appreciated!

weight loss need help.!?


ok so today i started my weight loss and so far i have eat’en from morning to now in order:

1 apple and an orange < breakfast
BBQ chicken (drumstick and wings) skin off
and ive had 3 bottles of water. now could some one tell me if im on the right track and provide me with the estimate ammount of calories ive had and please provide me with any Additional weight loss tips like exercises that wont trigger asthma but yet are effect during weight loss and what to east alot of and none of i know no sweets and sugars but i wanna know if i will gain weight if i eat lots of fruits coz apparently some fruits will make gain weight is you east alot of em im not sure so alot of information would be appretiated

Weight loss…?


I’ve decided I’d like to lose ten or so pounds before summer comes, and I’m wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks or secrets I could use. I can’t take weight loss pills, due to medications I take for epilepsy, and I can’t afford any of those fad diets like LA Weight Loss (though I know from experience that plan really works well) or Weight Watchers. I exercise twice a day, once in the morning and once at night after dinner. Any tips or suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated.

Will Losing an Additional 15-20 lbs make me look slimmer? Weight loss tips please….?


I’m a 20 year old girl who stands 4′ 10″. Since October of last year, I was tired of being overweight and wanted to lose the fat. I eat healthy foods, drink 8-12 cups of water a day, and exercise a good amount every day (or sometimes 4-5 times a week). No soda, sweets, junk food, fast food, nothing–all healthy stuff. In October I started out at 149 lbs. Now, I weigh 128 lbs. I know I lost weight, and people can tell that I have gotten slimmer, but I still feel fat. I want to get down to 100-105. In the mornings, I jog my dog 1-2 miles. And in the afternoons, we go on a long 7 mile walk at 3.5 MPH, takes us 2 hrs (sometimes we do this only 4 times a week). In between that, I do calisthenics for 15 mins, cardio workout for like 15-30 mins, mixed with jump roping, stretching, weights etc. I have been averaging 4-5 lbs lost every month. Will getting down to about 115 (losing 15) lbs make me look significantly thinnner? will ppl be able to tell? do I have to get down to 105 for it to show?
