is this a good meal plan/lifestyle change/diet to help me lose weight fast and healthy?:
I am a 15 year old male that weighs 237 lbs standing at 5’10
heres my plan:
EAT SLOW!!!!
Morning : ½-1 cup of plain oatmeal with some kind of fruit or vegetable
Afternoon : first eat vegetable salad as the body takes fat fast when u r hunger then eat chicken and a juice is good as dessert(orange or apple)(if desired)
evening: (eat before 7:00 ) eat nothing after 7 PM
a vegetable salad and chicken without rice or bread(…at night time you don’t have activity to do, when u eat more at nights then u turn so fat)
[[ALWAYS DRINK WATER, ALWAYS]]
[[EAT FRUITS AND VEGGIES IN BETWEEN MEALS]]
Final thing:
Cutout deep-frieds: burgers ,pizzas and fat items like butter cheese ,mayonnaise etc. Also cut out colas, Pepsi’s…drink more water ,yogurt its healthy!!
Jog/run/walk/bike everyday for at THE VERY LEAST 1 hour. Also do some exercises such as; jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-up, etc. *TRY YOUR HARDEST to fit in some hip-hop abs. Get plenty of sleep every night.
when you cant control hunger then eat as many fruits and carrots as you like, drink more water. Grape fruit and raw veggies are a plus!!!!
*little tip: one more good tip i can give u.,drink honey and lemon with water early in the morning before breakfast ,1 tea spoon honey and 10 lemon drops

Im a very active 15 year old n im trying to put on as much weight as possible… but i also want to continue getting stronger. Next week im gonna start going to a summer fitness program at my high school. Starting at 8:30 we do running exercises on the track and bleachers for an hour.. then we lift weights for another hour (we alternate upper body and lower body lifts everyday). I want to do more by doing upper body or lower body workouts (depending on wat i worked on in the morning) every afteernoon at 6pm for an hour. The program at school is just mondays- thursdays, other then doing my workouts in the afternoons mon.- thurs., i want to also workout out on sat. and sun. I know i have to rest but i dont know if resting on fridays is enough. Is this healthy? Will it benifit me or hinder muscle gain?… And also any tips for weight gaining with a fast metabolism? (Im currently taking mass xxx). Please get back at me. Thanks.

im a guy, almost 23, 5′ 7″, and just recently found that im 148lbs when i wake up in the morning. i want to gain a little more weight without losing my abs ( want to weight around 155 ). im already pretty ripped, i just want to gain a few. i drink alot of water and eat right ( on weekdays
) this is my routine:
high intensity interval training on treadmill every other day:
5 min. warm up at 3.0 mph
30 sec. at around 10.0 mph ( the fastest my treadmill goes ) i do this 8 more times
1 min. at 3.0 after each 30 sec. interval except the last.
end with a 5 min. cool down at 3.0
i do a little over half of the treadmill’s total incline.
total workout time is 21:00.
on weekends i run outside at around 5mph – 6mph for about 20min – 25min. this a 5 min. walk and cool down.
—Weight training—
on none running days.
full body, since i only have dumbbells, ill use two 50lb dumbbells to do:
lower body:
3x 10 reps romanian dead lifts
3x 16 reps bulgarian split squat ( 8 each leg )
3x 16 reps lunges ( 8 each leg )
3x standing calf raise or walking around on tip toes ( as many as i can )
upper body:
one day ill do a variety of workouts with bumbbells and bands for upper body after i finish lower body ( usually 3x 10 – 15 reps, depending on what im doing. i switch the exercise up ). then on my next weight day ill do this routine:
ill started doing 30mins. of P90X chest, shoulders, and triceps workout dvd then follow that up with 30mins of P90X back and biceps
i do abs every other day:
either P90X ab ripper x
or a variety of different ab moves
what do u think?
also how many calories do u think i should be eating.

I kinda have been thinking about a good, healthy diet plan to help me lose about 15 pounds before school starts this August.
Do you think I would lose weight (the healthy way) by eating:
Breakfast:
100% whole wheat bread with peanut butter on it and some cheese with a glass of milk (lots of protein)
Lunch: an apple and some peanut butter (protein), and maybe some other fruits and veggies
Supper: Some lean chicken or fish (protein) with a side salad (no dressing) with an egg in it (protein) or vegetables.
I also gave up all fast food, sugar, soda, cookies, cake, brownies, chips, candy, soft drinks, and juice. I drink 8-10 glasses of water a day with the cup of milk in the morning. I also take a multi-vitamin everyday. I’m gonna be walking about an hour everyday with my mom. (cardio) and doing other stomach, leg, and arm exercises. I want to lose about 2 pounds a week because I heard if you lose more, you’ll gain it back once you finish your diet. Would I lose weight this way? If not, please give me some tips on what would be better choices in my diet plan. Thanks!!

Well, I am a 14 year old female, weigh 130 lbs (pounds) and am exactly 5 feet tall, and I am going on vacation soon, and was hoping to lose some weight before that time comes. I am going to Mexico in one month. My diet plan is to have a bowl of that Special K cereal in the morning with 2 cups of water, for lunch I would have fruits/ fruit salad with 2 cups of water, for supper i would have lean meats and a glass of 1%milk and 3 hours before bed i would have vegetables (mostly green)with 2 cups of water. For snacks (usually 1 a day) i would have a handful of almonds, beef jerky, or triscuits (which are basically crackers). With the snack I would drink one more glass of water. For exercises, i plan to do weight training/sit ups etc, 4 days a week for 30 minutes- 1 hour, and for the other three days of the week, I would do 20-30 minutes of High inensity interval training (HIIT). How much weight do you think I can lose in one month? Any suggestions, tips or tricks? Am I doing something wrong? And can you suggest some actual weight exercises? If possible can you share one of your weight loss stories (if you have one) so i can have a reference? Sorry for this long question, but i am kind of desperate. Please answer and thank you for your time and consideration.

im 5″1 (5″2) on a good day, 20 years old and 174 lbs (yes, i know i am overweight) and my goal weight is 120-130 (this is what i used to be in high school and i grown height wise at all). i am also a vegetarian.
i plan on:
drinking only water
cutting out fast food
no more sweets (or at least daily sweets)
exercising daily (i walk 5k every morning as it is, i am hoping to bump it up a bit)
and thats really all i’ve got so far 
is my goal realistic? are there any other tips or ideas that i could use?
help is greatly appreciated!
also, the reason i would very much like to be at or around my goal by mid september; its for an outdoor thing that im going to be apart of.

as a puppy, id train him the basics: to walk on leash, come when called, houstrain, sit, stay, lie down, paw, and fetch (ive heard mastiffs are hard to make walk properly on a leash. any advice?)
as an adult, id walk him 20 mins in morning, 15 minute “romp” on a flexi leash on a field in the afternoon, then a 20 minute walk at night. throughout the walks, hed wear a doggy rucksack carrying weights (a friend of mine does this- she says its good because it brings out the working dog in them? true?) also, how much exercise is enough for these dogs? would i be doing enough or not enough?
i have a ample sized property with a medium sized yard, he will be outside frequently for potty breaks.
if after the first year he doesnt eat me out of house and home, il get another one
its my first dog, however i have lived with family dogs that are rottie mixes, i can deal with being in control with big dogs.
any tips also on this breed to make him live a happy life?! thaks in advance!
btw- i refuse to crate train. but i will confine my pup to one room. he will have many many toys to keep hi busy for the 6 hourse im gone.
when i get him, he will be 12 weeks old. im taking 2 weeks off work to care for him, and he will do his business outside. would he last 6 hours at 14 weeks old? i hope so, there is no one to let him out or see to him half way through, and im not hiring a pet sitter because tbh, i dont trust them. :s
well duh! im not just going to play with my dog for 15 mins! thats just outside on a leash! when i come home from work he will have my undivided attention playing fetch and snuggles!

Im 5ft 3, 109Lbs & i recently put 5pounds on. I havent been to the gym in a few days because of my ankle. I have till Febuary 8th to reach my goal (one month) Im wanting to loose 12Pounds & tone up MORE, i have a plan but dunno if its any good! u tell me!?
One Fruit Smoothie & Bowl of porridge with honey, or 2 wheatabix with honey. A DAY. Exercise for 4hours a day.
Gym (2-3 hours)
Run on treadmill for 15-20 mins
1hour walk/speed walk up hill on the treamill
Weights, Bum, Thighs, Inner Thighs, Legs, Hips. 250 each
Leg lifts & crunches, 250 each
Bike 10-15mins.
Walk/Jog on a morning for 1hour.
Lots of dancing at night & again leg lifts & crunches 250 each. also air walker for 10-15mins.
Will i make it by feb the 8th?? i have 12pounds to loose & tone up more! what u think? any tips?

i take shower in the morning. i shampoo very well. scrub my scalp with the stomack of my fingers. naturally my head smells good after it and several hours later.
but then, by night time, when i scratch my head with my nail and smell my nail, it smells like smelly feet. what the heck has happened?
i dont exercise, i dont sweat but my head smells. WTF? is the smell of all the food i eat, or shoe odour of other people transfered to my scalp in the daytime?
someone give me an answer and tips on how to keep my head smell like lavender!

Lipozene Pill.
Morning: 200 calories. (Oatmeal, special K bar, banana…etc)
Lunch: 300 calories.(Tuna sandwich, grapes,…etc)
Lipozene Pill.
Exercise: 1 hour. (Treadmill, weights etc…)
Dinner: Equate Weight Loss Shake. 180-230 calories.
Do you know any good works outs to loose belly fat, or other workouts?
please tell me your ideas.
