Help loosing weight? What are common things i shouldn’t eat? Easy or fun exercises?


Yeah I know how- & I know everyone asks this question & gets the same answer, and know the answers coming.

eat less calories & exercises, burning more calories than you consumed.

But does anyone have some helpful tips for me?
Maybe certain foods people think are good, but there really high in fat ect..
Or maybe someone can give me some good foods people bypass alot-but it would really help, if that makes sense.

-every morning i try to eat breakfast, a bowl of cereal(non sugary kind) & maybe adding some blueberries, or a banana.

What about this? Anything i should change?:

-lunch i eat a sand which,(no crust) I eat shaved ham & turkey, with a slice of cheese, i think kraft or something, and some mustard.

-dinner, ranges between various things, but i make sure not to eat to much & only 1 serving.

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on an easy way to burn the calories quickly. I would prefer to do some quick exercises before I go to bed. Since it’s 2 in the morning, no running or swimming and I don’t have any exercise equipment.. Just need a few quick tips please…and thank you!
I’m up because I choose to be up…I don’t go to bed til around five. And I know you can’t burn calories like magic, but I still would like to know of a few exercises that are quick and can help burn calories… they add up you know.

Are ads not your business? How about product development? Have your people make a list of products they miss from their childhood that they wish were still around. Or how about lists of regional products they used and liked but can’t find in their area? Or even a product list of things that don’t’ even exist yet! You can have successful brainstorming without resulting to gimmicky games, competition and absurd team building exercises that everyone secrets despises.


Finally, if you can’t come up with any additional brainstorming ideas, it is more than OK to ask the people you’re trying to help for ideas! After all, they are the ones that are being asked to do the work, why not let them have some feedback on the methods and techniques being used to extract them? This can seem like a foreign concept for management because it sounds like they are admitting they don’t have any fresh ideas. It’s actually exactly the opposite. A good manager knows to ask the people they are trying to help how they can communicate more effectively.

Get Over Exercise Procrastination With 12 Easy Steps


Does it seem like every year you seem to put on a bit more weight?

It’s too early in the morning!

My spouse won’t come with me and I don’t want to go on my own!

A long walk on your own is a great time to reflect and think. Keep at it and your spouse will be motivated to join you.

There is a good show on TV!

TiVo is a wonderful invention, so having to watch a good show on TV is no excuse. Record the show, get your exercise done and watch the show afterwards, commercial free.

I’m on vacation!

There is no better time to start exercising and get into the habit of exercising, than when you are on vacation. Use the free time and encourage your family to join in.

At some stage we will all have our excuses as to why we don’t exercise today or tomorrow. The truth is, most of the excuses are trivial compared to the massive benefits of exercise.
