I am not a good eater i eat sugar all the time like a lot of junk and all kinds of unhealthy things what should i eat on a regular basis because i am craving always sugar and what should i do. Also what are some good excersises i can do in the morning to keep me in shape once and did 10 jumoing jacks and i was tired what are some good excersises and what can i do about my health as well. i am worried that i wont even last past 40 yrs. old and im 25 so what are some good health, excersising, and health tips for me and also for my children?

I kinda have been thinking about a good, healthy diet plan to help me lose about 15 pounds before school starts this August.
Do you think I would lose weight (the healthy way) by eating:
Breakfast:
100% whole wheat bread with peanut butter on it and some cheese with a glass of milk (lots of protein)
Lunch: an apple and some peanut butter (protein), and maybe some other fruits and veggies
Supper: Some lean chicken or fish (protein) with a side salad (no dressing) with an egg in it (protein) or vegetables.
I also gave up all fast food, sugar, soda, cookies, cake, brownies, chips, candy, soft drinks, and juice. I drink 8-10 glasses of water a day with the cup of milk in the morning. I also take a multi-vitamin everyday. I’m gonna be walking about an hour everyday with my mom. (cardio) and doing other stomach, leg, and arm exercises. I want to lose about 2 pounds a week because I heard if you lose more, you’ll gain it back once you finish your diet. Would I lose weight this way? If not, please give me some tips on what would be better choices in my diet plan. Thanks!!

I really want to lose weight. I’m not really fat, but I don’t exactly have a washboard stomach. I have some flabby areas. I’m aiming to lose about 2 stone to get the perfect figure because I have a prom coming up in 2 years. The thing is though, I just can’t stick to the diets. I’m not old enough for any pills either. I went for jogs at 5:00am but that lasted for about 3 days. I couldn’t stick to anything. My diets would last for about 2-3 days before I gave up. I can’t motivate myself to change. I’m sooooooo lazy.
I just want hell loads of energy in the mornings so that I can actually stick to a strict diet and good exercise. Are there any energy rich foods to have for breakfasts in the mornings? Or do you have any tips that helped you stick to your diet?

I need to lose about 15-20 pounds by July 19th. If I wake up in the morning and eat a vitamin, then have a bowl of fat free strawberry yogurt (colombo) and eat only fruits and veggies throughout the whole day, and then eat a small vegetarian dinner and drink a glass of green tea. Then, exercise by doing 300 crunches a day, 100 bicycle crunches or sit-ups (switch every other day), and go on a workout machine for about a half hour each day, will I be able to reach my goal by July 19th?? any tips??
also, I am 13 years old. female. 128 pounds. 5′ 3″.

Mkay, so i’m planning on doing this Monday-Friday and on Saturday-Sunday just watching what I eat, how much I eat of it, try to exercise as much as possible.
Well I’m going to drink this stuff called Terramin powder, it helps detoxify your body, and a green tea powder smoothie in the morning before school. I know smoothies are supposed to have alot of calories in them, but all i put in it is fruit, my mom’s homemade yogurt, and natural sweetener in it so I think I’m good lol. And then at school I usually just get the salad bar, which isn’t that good for you, but better than the normal lunch. After school I either go to the weight room and run/lift weights or go home and run on the treadmill and up and down the stairs. After I get done working out, I will probably eat a piece of fruit unless it’s close to the time we eat supper. Now my family eats together and I don’t want to be rude and not eat what they make, but my mom is pretty healthy so I think I will be fine. If not, I can always make a baked potato or a salad. At night time I usually get really hungry, or I guess food sounds tempting. This is going to be really hard for me, but I will try to not eat after supper. Does anybody have any tips to keep me from eating? But yeah I also have a plan set out for working my muscle groups. I have been searching You Tube and I’ve found alot of easy to do exersices that will help me tone up.
Does this sound like a effcient diet if I stick with it?
What could I do to make it better??

Here’s what I eat on a normal day:
morning: bowl of cereal (sugary cereals, cookie crisp, count chocula. But I’ve always eaten these) at most 200 cal.
Lunch: 120 Cal bag of popcorn, 1 serving of fruit (I don’t buy school lunch and I hate sandwiches)
Dinner: Tonight I had 7 whole wheat raviolis in sauce, 4 breadsticks (200-300 cal), a serving of salad (lettuce only) in olive oil.
I don’t understand why in the last two years I have put on 20 lbs, and my exercise habits have not changed. The only difference is before I was in a dorm and I lost 15 lbs from my starting weight 130 because I hated the food. Then I was at 130 which I did not really mind, now I’m 150.
What changed? I don’t understand why I’ve been putting on weight.
My mom says it’s because I don’t eat enough and then she calls me a pig. I eat until I’m full but I usually eat like what’s above. It doesn’t seem that bad to me. i get more fruits and veggies in the summer, but I still have them.
Any ideas or tips for me?
Don’t say eat less or eat only veggies or something like that. Healthy is good (I’m not exactly there) but crash diets are worse to me than being overweight.
Actually, compared to my friends (who are thin, BTW) I am very healthy. lol.
I eat a lot of carbs, I know, but I find it very hard to find good foods that are healthy.
My mom is on some weird diet where she cannot eat veggies or fruits so there’s nothing healthy around. lots of meat, and there’s only so much of that I can eat.

Morning tea: Fruit or yogurt
Lunch: 3x crackers w/ tuna or vegemite & cheese.
OR ham/ chicken & salad.
Afternoon tea: Fruit
Normal dinner!
Exercise
Warm up: cross trainer 5mins.. but working my way up just need to get my fitness levels up first.
Pilates DVD: 5x a week
(pilates did different everyday Monday, wednesday, friday is abs, butt & thigh. Tuesday, thursday is upperbody)
Is this good? Anymore FREE tips. I’ve noticed most websites dont give out free tips especially when i dont have a credit card!

Bit of infoo about me im 5ft 3 or 5ft 4, 110Lbs, 16 Years old, Exercise for about 2hours a day, do dance known again, go for alot of walks. Eat quite healthy i’d say.
But im wanting to loose the 10Lbs & tone up MORE specially on my inner thighs, bum & stomach, By April. So heres a new diet & exercise plan i have, tell me if its any good please? thanks
Morning – Warm water with lemon & a Lucazade energy drink, Then walk to the gym. At the gym i do Running for 20mins & 60mins speed walk up hill, which is best to tone the inner thighs? I also do the stairmaster for 7mins, bike for 6mins & the thigh adductors (weights) Targets the inner thigh really good. How many of them should i do?? also squats & lunges, how many?
I then walk back from the gym & have a bowl of museila & a fruit salad. then later on i do leg lifts, squats & lunges again, also some Jive dancing. Then take the dog for a 30-60mins walk. Is it going to work or…? any tips??

**I eat it Monday-Friday for lunch and i exercise every day after i get home from work, and drink like at least 4 Bottles of water Daily.. Is that heathy?
**Oh ya and it eat like two Ham Sandwich in the morning for breaksfast, just with mayo and white bread is that good, or unhealthy..?? Any Tips..??

okay guys ive asked this question and im still tweaking my diet plan here and there so here it goes..
BREAKFAST (7:50ish in the morning) 2-3 white eggs with a slice of wheat toast with a little jelly
MID-MORNING (Around 9:40ish in the morning): A banana or some sort of fruit
LUNCH (11:30ish in the morning): 1 serving size of grilled chicken and wrap it up with a tortilla
DINNER (4:00ish in the afternoon): i eat dinner around 4ish which consists of a portion of chicken,steak or some fish, and i eat around that time b/c i have conditioning, muay thai, n bjj at around 5:30ish
AFTER WORKOUT (8:45ish at night): water, with 2 scoops of whey protein which is around 60 grams of protein in total…
Is this good? lol im 5’7-5’8 and weigh around 160-163ish on a good day and basically my question is this diet plan good? i heard that if you dont take the proper amount of calories (meaning im not taking in enough food) that it can slow down my weightloss process, which im doing to improve my health, and workin on that summer body as well… i just also recently got on the new Hydroycut and im wondering your opinions on that as well? And if you guys also have any tips/suggestions on my diet plan plz feel free to help… im just wondering if i should take more protein or maybe switch up my MID MORNING snack with a protein shake… i do martial arts monday, tuesday, and thursday for about 3-4 hours and exercise maybe around 30 minutes on the days that i don’t go but like everyone i get lazy sometimes so i exercise maybe 4 times a week, and is that bad? should i exercise more? lol i apologize for all the rambling and constant questions but like i said before i would definitely apperciate any tips or suggestions to improve my physical condition and health… TY for your time
